Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (customs forms, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Ensure compliance with TSA, FDA, and hazardous material regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Fluent English/Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
