Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate competitive rates with 3PL partners
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays in real-time
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Proven problem-solving skills with high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication abilities across internal and external stakeholders
- Supply chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
