Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory levels and track shipment statuses in real-time
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address carrier-related issues proactively
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and trade laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with carriers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
