Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and ERP systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
