Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment planning across air, ocean, and ground freight
- Prepare and manage customs documentation (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms like Oracle Transportation
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CILT) preferred
