Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate stock levels and reorder points
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates, resolve discrepancies, and optimize shipping routes
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address delays or issues
- Coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and international shipping requirements
