Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and customs clearance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Utilize TMS software to monitor shipment status and generate performance reports
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and export regulations
