Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments including carrier selection, documentation preparation, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to optimize stock turnover
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Resolve logistics discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required
