Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations
- Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required)
