Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier assignments to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address delays with carriers and clients
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to verify inventory accuracy before shipment
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and documentation requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
