Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple carriers and routes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation
- Process customs documentation for international shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with sales and production teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
