Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Liaise with warehouse teams, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize shipping routes and costs while maintaining service quality standards
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels and replenishment schedules
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and freight classifications
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours including potential weekend coverage
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- APICS or CSCP certification preferred
