Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and track transit exceptions
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and shipping protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
