Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and freight tracking
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations with real-time accuracy
- Oversee customs clearance procedures and international compliance regulations
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
