Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and customs clearance
- Optimize freight routing and carrier relationships to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery exceptions in real-time
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and ocean/air freight operations
