Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including carrier selection, freight booking, and documentation
- Manage inventory control and warehouse logistics to optimize storage efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for compliance
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems
- Train staff on shipping protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
