Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and manual verification systems
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in WMS software
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through cycle counting
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document inventory movements
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with procurement on reorder point analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- RF scanner and barcode system certification
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Clear background check and drug screen required
