Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic shipping schedules across air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize warehouse inventory flow and storage allocation
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and clients for real-time shipment tracking
- Resolve transportation delays and implement contingency solutions
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., Descartes, Oracle Transportation)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and customs regulations
