Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across the US-Mexico border
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, commercial invoices)
- Optimize freight routing and carrier negotiations
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Collaborate with warehouse and customs brokerage teams
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Generate monthly logistics performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Expertise in cross-border shipping regulations
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Experience with NAFTA/USMCA documentation
- Data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge
