Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier management
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies with ERP systems
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Generate and analyze shipping reports to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards
- Manage transportation budgets and negotiate carrier contracts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
