Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, truck, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routing and carrier negotiations to reduce transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
- Implement compliance with DOT, IATA, and FDA regulations
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and customs brokerage
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field (required)
- CDL certification (preferred)
