Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Verify customs documentation for international freight
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare bills of lading and commercial invoices
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for loading schedules
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
