Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Verify inventory accuracy through scanning systems and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Support inventory control processes and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
