Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ocean, ground)
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation for all outbound shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and loading
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions through proactive communication
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs while meeting delivery timelines
- Generate shipping reports and analytics for continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, hazardous materials, and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and carrier contracts
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
