Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, certificates of origin)
- Optimize routing and carrier relationships to minimize costs
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve customs clearance issues and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Analyze shipping data to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
