Responsibilities
- Oversee 25+ staff members including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce processing time by 15%
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy targets
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols daily
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and quality teams
- Train and develop warehouse staff through mentorship programs
- Generate performance reports using WMS software for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
