Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier logistics to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory documentation and track shipment status through ERP systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate effectively with clients and carriers
- Oversee warehouse receiving, palletizing, and freight consolidation processes
- Prepare and maintain customs documentation for international shipments
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align shipping operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or TMS)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
