Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Oversee documentation compliance (customs, bills of lading, COOs)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Optimize routing to reduce costs and transit times
- Generate shipment reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excel certification for data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
