Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, managing documentation and compliance requirements
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping manifests
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate warehouse activities
- Provide exceptional customer support for shipping inquiries and status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
