Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, rail, and ground transportation
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and proactively address delays
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve logistics issues
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain inventory databases and update shipment statuses daily
- Collaborate with sales teams to fulfill customer-specific shipping requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
