- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient dock scheduling
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking in TMS systems

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and EDI systems
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with data visualization experience
