Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and documentation
- Oversee customs clearance processes and compliance with international trade regulations
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical shipping records with meticulous attention to detail
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery timelines
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding shipment status and inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in shipping software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or relevant logistics certification preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
