Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Optimize logistics routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations using TMS platforms
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
