Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage inventory transactions including receiving, putaway, and allocation
- Analyze stock levels and generate predictive reports for procurement planning
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize obsolescence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory variances
- Audit warehouse processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Maintain digital and physical records with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse settings
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Expert knowledge of inventory control methodologies and lean principles
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Relevant certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
- Proven track record of inventory accuracy >98%
