Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and customs compliance
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to optimize storage efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or issues
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies while maintaining service quality standards
- Train junior staff on shipping protocols and logistics software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or warehouse management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training a plus
