- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, permits)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory staging
- Optimize routing and freight costs through carrier negotiations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics for leadership
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
