Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including carrier selection and route optimization
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments in real-time using WMS software
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, FTA)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving skills with experience resolving shipping delays
- Associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain preferred
