Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with sales, production, and customs teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight carriers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and documentation
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
