Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all domestic/international shipments via air, freight, and ground carriers
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Optimize routes and costs while ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to verify inventory accuracy and packing standards
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates when needed
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
