Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground transportation
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) and ensure compliance with regulations
- Track shipments using TMS/WMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and mitigate delays through proactive communication
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to streamline operations
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
