Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and carriers
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma required; supply chain certification preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
