Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse logistics to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and inventory movements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
