Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates for optimal cost efficiency
- Track shipments using TMS/WMS systems and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience in a distribution environment
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and carrier requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
