- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to resolve delivery issues
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain warehouse records
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- High school diploma; logistics certification preferred
