Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile shipping discrepancies with precision
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates to maximize cost efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and international shipping protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Track shipments proactively and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in shipping workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
