Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier logistics across multiple distribution channels
- Manage inventory documentation and ensure accurate shipment tracking in WMS systems
- Liaise with warehouse teams to prioritize outbound shipments and resolve delivery exceptions
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Monitor shipment KPIs and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including potential weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier management
