Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments using ERP systems
- Manage inventory levels and maintain real-time tracking documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies through proactive carrier communication
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Optimize freight costs through strategic carrier negotiations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
