Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Process customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to optimize logistics
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
