Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving activities across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FDA regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- OSHA/FDA compliance awareness
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; degree preferred
