Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage solutions
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (ITAR, FDA)
- Build relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL providers
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export/import regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CILT) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for Miami market
